14-day right of withdrawal

You can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it. You do not need to give a reason, although it helps us if you do.

How to return a product

1. Email us at info@vairok.com within 14 days from receipt. Please put your order number in the subject line and include your full name in the message.
2. We will reply within 48 working hours with the return instructions.
3. Send the product to our warehouse in Barcelona (address provided by email when the return is approved).

Please return the product in its original packaging and in the condition you received it. If the product has been damaged or used beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund accordingly. Unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, the cost of sending it back is yours.

Exchange, gift card or refund

Once we have received and checked the product, you can choose:

• Exchange: we send you the new item free of charge.
• Gift card: for the value of your order. It never expires, so you can use it whenever you like.
• Refund: to your original payment method. We refund the full amount of the products, excluding shipping costs. You will normally see it in your account within 72 hours.

Failed deliveries

If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, the cost of the original and return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Legal guarantee

The legal guarantee of the country of delivery applies (3 years in Spain and Portugal; 2 years in Germany, France and most other EU countries).

If a product is faulty, email us at info@vairok.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or video. We will repair or replace it, or refund you, as provided by law, and we will cover the shipping costs for faulty products.
