Shipping policy

Where we ship from
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain, with tracked shipping.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping is free on orders from €59.
- Germany and France: Economy shipping costs €3.90 on orders under €59.
- Other countries: the available shipping methods and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Germany and France: 4–7 days.
- Other countries: the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
Orders placed after 12:00 (Spanish time) are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers.
Where we do not ship
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Failed deliveries
If an order is not collected when delivery is attempted, or while it is held at a pickup point afterwards, and it is returned to us, the cost of the original and return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If you would like us to send it again, you will need to pay the cost of the new delivery, which depends on the destination.
