1. About us

These terms apply to all purchases made on www.vairok.com. The online shop is operated by:

VAIROK LTD is registered in England and Wales. Our products are cycling lights, cycling glasses, ski goggles and cycling apparel.

2. Using our website

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy, before you buy. You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real product. All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you by email and refund any amount you have paid for it.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is shown at a clearly incorrect price because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and VAIROK LTD is formed when we send you that order confirmation. Please check that your details are correct, as we will deliver to the address you give us.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; PayPal and Klarna payments are processed by PayPal and Klarna under their own terms. Payment is taken when you place your order, except with Klarna's pay-later options, which follow Klarna's own terms.

7. Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. Standard shipping is free on orders from €59. Delivery costs and times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout; full details are in our Shipping policy. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving a reason, by emailing info@vairok.com. Returns are sent to our warehouse in Barcelona (address provided by email when the return is approved). We refund the full amount of the products, excluding shipping costs. The full conditions are in our Refund policy.

9. Legal guarantee

The legal guarantee of the country of delivery applies (3 years in Spain and Portugal; 2 years in Germany, France and most other EU countries). If a product is faulty, email us at info@vairok.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and we will repair or replace it, or refund you, as provided by law.

10. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us comments, photos or other content, it must be honest and lawful and must not infringe anyone else's rights. You allow us to publish and use that content on our website and social media. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, photographs, videos, logos and designs, belongs to VAIROK LTD or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

12. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the website when you place it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If a problem arises, please contact us first at info@vairok.com so we can try to solve it. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
