Shipping and returns

Free shipping on orders over 59€.

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

At checkout, depending on the country and delivery location, you will be shown available shipping options and methods from various carriers.

Failed Deliveries
If the customer does not collect the order when delivery is attempted and during the following days when it is held at a pickup point, the cost of the initial and return shipments will be deducted from the refund. If the customer requests a new shipment, they must cover the cost of the new delivery, which varies depending on the location.

Returns
Every customer has 14 natural days from the date of receipt to return the product.
The VAIROK guarantee is valid for 3 years.

How can I return a product?
To proceed with a return, you must write an email to info@vairok.com
Please include the following information to facilitate the process:
• In the subject of the email, please indicate your order number.
• In the message, indicate your name and surname and the reason for the return.

The requirements to make a return are the following:
• That no more than 14 natural days have passed since you received the product.
• That there is no material damage.
• The original packaging must be preserved.

Please note that you must send the product to Barcelona.
We will respond within a maximum period of 48 working hours.

How can I be reimbursed?
You can exchange the product, receive a gift card for the value of your order, or a refund to your original payment method.
• Product exchange: The new shipment will be free of charge.
• Gift card: The gift card will have no expiry date, you can use it at your convenience.
• Refund: You will be refunded the full amount excluding shipping. You will see it reflected in your account within 72 hours.
