We ship from Barcelona, Spain, with tracked shipping. Delivery to Germany and France takes 4–7 days. For other countries, the available shipping options, costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Failed deliveries
If an order isn't collected when delivery is attempted, or while it is held at a pickup point afterwards, the cost of the original and return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If you would like it sent again, you will need to cover the cost of the new delivery, which depends on the destination.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order.
The legal guarantee of the country of delivery applies (3 years in Spain and Portugal; 2 years in Germany, France and most other EU countries).

• your full name and the reason for the return in the message

• The product is undamaged.
• It is in its original packaging.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Barcelona.
We'll reply within 48 working hours.
How do I get my money back?
You can choose an exchange, a gift card for the value of your order, or a refund to your original payment method.
• Exchange: we send the new item free of charge.
• Gift card: it never expires, so you can use it whenever you like.
• Refund: we refund the full amount, excluding shipping. You'll see it in your account within 72 hours.
