All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

Germany and France: 4–7 days.

Other countries: delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

All orders are sent with tracked shipping.

When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

If you don't have your order details, email us at info@vairok.com.

To start a return, email us at info@vairok.com.
Please include your order number in the subject line, and your full name and the reason for the return in the message.

Return conditions:
- You return it within 14 days from receipt.
- The product is undamaged.
- It is in its original packaging.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Barcelona.
We'll reply within 48 working hours.

You can choose an exchange, a gift card for the value of your order, or a refund to your original payment method.

Exchange: we send the new item free of charge.
Gift card: it never expires, so you can use it whenever you like.
Refund: we refund the full amount, excluding shipping. You'll see it in your account within 72 hours.

The legal guarantee of the country of delivery applies: 3 years in Spain and Portugal, 2 years in Germany, France and most other EU countries.
