When your order is shipped you will receive an email from us as well as from GLS Services, where you will be provided with the tracking number.

To proceed with a return you must write an email to info@vairok.com
Please include the following information to facilitate the process:
-In the subject line indicate your order number.
-In the message indicate your name and surname and the reason for the return.

The requirements to make a return are the following:
-That no more than 14 working days have passed since you received the product.
-That there is no material damage.
-The original packaging must be preserved.

Please note that you must send the product to Barcelona, where our warehouse is located.
We will respond within a maximum period of 24 working hours.

You can make a product exchange, a gift card for the value of your order or a refund to your original payment method.

Product exchange: The new shipment will be free of charge.
Gift card: The gift card will have no expiry date, you can use it at your convenience.
Refund: You will be refunded the full amount excluding shipping. You will see it reflected in your account within 72 hours.

The warranty on our products is 2 years.
